The Benefits Centre mailed a letter on Friday April 24, 2026 regarding the PABAS Member Portal to plan members who have life insurance coverage, or have a pension benefit payable upon death. Yes. Data is hosted in Canada and protected with two-factor authentication (2FA), challenge questions, and system alerts. Please protect your password and 2FA device.
To keep your information current, all members need to re‑designate beneficiaries in the Member Portal. The electronic designation keeps your records accurate, is legally valid, and is easier to update—no paper forms required.
