The United Church’s group insurance benefits are provided by Green Shield Canada and Canada Life (formerly Great-West Life), and administered by the United Church Benefits Centre at the General Council Office.

Employee and Family Assistance Program

The Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is a confidential professional counselling service for employees of the United Church who are members of the church’s group insurance plan, and for candidates in United Church theological colleges.
